Ralph Edward Healey was last seen in El Reno, Oklahoma, on December 4, 2009. On the day he vanished, Ralph had breakfast at an El Reno restaurant, and filled his personal pickup truck up with gas, and visited a bank in Union City, Oklahoma. At 11:20 a.m., he spoke with a friend on his cell phone. They discussed plans to wash his tractor-trailer rig later that day. This conversation marked the last time anyone spoke with him. At the time of his disappearance, Ralph was 70 years old.

Ralph worked as a self-employed truck driver specializing in cattle transportation to Kansas and Texas. Typically, Ralph stored his trailer at a truck stop west of El Reno and his tractor at his home —a trailer located in the 14300 block of west State Highway 66.

Concerns arose when Ralph failed to fulfill a scheduled run. Both his tractor and personal pickup truck were discovered at his home, alongside his elderly Dachshund, a constant travel companion. His dog was found in a weakened state, and died nine days after he was found.

Prior to his disappearance, Ralph visited the Lucky Star, a local casino, where he occasionally won significant amounts of money. In the summer before his disappearance, he won $20,000 on one night and $10,000 on another.

Theories surrounding his case suggest a potential robbery and homicide, fueled by rumors of winnings exceeding $90,000 shortly before he vanished. Local speculation, not shared with law enforcement, posits this as a theory to consider.

Ralph had interests in hunting and fishing. At the time he went missing, Ralph had a mustache and sideburns. Ralph suffers from diabetes and a heart condition and takes medication for these conditions. It is critical he has these medications. His family stated he always took his medicine as prescribed.

Ralph is still missing and his case remains unsolved. If you have any information about the disappearance of Ralph Healey , please contact the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office at 405-422-3183. You can also submit a tip anonymously to your local law enforcement agency.
