Birdie Doe. She was found near Lake Thunderbird in Moore/Norman Oklahoma on August 5, 1974

Moore/Norman, Oklahoma Jane Doe– whom we affectionately refer to as Birdie Doe, is Oklahoma’s oldest unidentified female case.

  • She was found just outside of Lake Thunderbird on August 5, 1974
  • It’s believed she was anywhere from 30 to 50 years old
  • She was found naked, with a pair of lavender panties stuffed into her mouth
  • She had extensive dental decay and was likely a heavy smoker
  • She had red/auburn hair and was likely Caucasian or Native American
  • She had only been dead a few months when her body was found in a shallow grave

Someone knows who she is.
