Location Found: Muskogee, Oklahoma

Physical characteristics: between the ages of 40 and 60 years old, 5′ 8″ tall, with dark brown with a few grey hairs, medium in length and straight, with Prominent frontal balding, abundant amount of hair on the chest and back, side burns extending to the earlobes, and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of an eagle with a flag on the back of the left forearm close to the elbow.

The remains of a white male were found in Muskogee on April 2, 1985. The man was at a shelter when he complained of chest pains and collapsed. He later died at a nearby hospital. No one at the shelter knew the mans name and he did not have any identification. He had told others at the shelter that he had been robbed of all his belongings while in Arkansas. His name was possibly Gene/Jean. The man was 5 foot 8 inches tall and was between the ages of 40 and 60. He had brown hair and blue eyes. He also had a tattoo of an eagle with a flag on the left forearm near his elbow.
