Martha Delgado Viramontes Moore was murdered at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 14th, 1999. Her case remains open and unsolved.

On May 14th, 1999, Shawn Moore, Martha’s husband, called 911 at 11:08 pm and told the dispatcher his wife was injured at their home at 3920 W. 59th St. Shawn had also been shot. Shawn told investigators he was at home when he heard a shot, then saw a man who then shot him. Martha had been shot multiple times. Shawn survived the attack. Police believe it was a home invasion.

Martha Moore, 30, was Latina. She was born February 23rd, 1969 in Los Angeles, California to J. Trinidad Viramontes and Alicia Delgado Viramontes. She had four brothers and two sisters. Martha grew up in California and attended Palm Dale High School in Palm Dale, Ca. She and Shawn, who were married in Las Vegas on February 12th, 1986, had two children together. It’s unknown if the children were in the home that night.
