Dorcas Sue Scott Hilton was found dead on February 22nd, 1988 in the Arkansas River at 532 pm near the 3100 block of S. Riverside Dr., in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She had been tied up and weighted. Cause of death is blunt force trauma to the head. She was 52-years-old. (pictured here at 18)

She was last seen alive between 12 pm and 2 pm on the day of her murder. Dorcas was homeless and lived in different shelters and under the bridge. She was mentally ill.
