Physical characteristics: between the ages of 0 and 4 weeks old, 21 inches tall and 4 pounds.

Investigating Agency:

On June 8th, 1991, a 12-year-old boy playing near the Arkansas River in Sequoyah County, 5 miles south of Muldrow, Oklahoma, found a bag with an infant boy inside.

Baby Doe was male, white, and less than 4 weeks old. No other distinguishing marks were reported.

Found near the body were 2 clear plastic bags, a yellow plastic sheet, a brown plastic trash bag, a blue hospital underpad, and a white plastic bag.
