On August 5th, 1982, an unknown male was hit by a car when crossing westbound on I-244 at 10:57 pm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He died at the hospital on August 6th, 1982 at 12:45 am. He remains unidentified to this day.

The man is described as uncertain ethnicity in some documents, Latino or Hispanic in others. He had brown hair and eyes. He was 6’0 and 170 lbs. There was a recent surgical wound near the umbilicus. He had a skull and crossbones tattoo on his right upper arm. The man was wearing a size small undershirt, a light brown sport shirt, Wrangler jeans, a yellow belt, white socks and black shoes. With his body was found a comb, some crazy glue, and a “House of Prayer” brochure in his pocket. The church was contacted and no one recognized him. John Doe is listed as # MP12603 and there are zero comparisons for him.
