Fifty-six year old Leslie Leroy Loper was murdered in Tulsa on October 6, 1996. He had been sitting in his vehicle in front of his business on South Memorial Drive, a few minutes later after he had been seen in his car- he came stumbling back inside asking for help. He had been stabbed multiple times. Leslie was taken to the hospital where he died on October 6, 1996.
