On 03-08-1999 Leighton Thomas Willis was involved in a single vehicle collision and left the scene on I-35 and MM 203 in Noble County Oklahoma. He was contacted by a Wichita Police Officer on 04-24-1999 at 1421 hours. Willis has not been seen or hear of since the accident by any family members. He was reported missing on 04-26-1999 and entered in NCIC on 04-27-1999. To this date 12-02-2020 Leighton Willis has not been seen or heard of by family members.
