On December 29, 2012 at 9 p.m. the victim was at a relative’s apartment located at 2430 S. Jackson. The victim advised that he was going across the street and would be back. The victim had no contact with family or friends since then.

On September 30, 2013 a human skull was found at 2400 W. 33rd Street North. The Medical Examiner identified the remains as being Khyre Auijuan Campbell.
