Physical Characteristics: Approximately 5′ 7″ – 5′ 8″ tall, approximately 130 – 150 pounds, 26 year old, African American male. Joseph has black hair, brown eyes, and at least one ear pierced. He has several tattoos, including Roman numerals IV, V, and VI on their neck, as well as a portrait of a woman and child on their back. Additional tattoos include “PIRU” on the left hand, the number “8” on the left arm, the numbers “456” and “7 BLK” on the right arm, and “JDAWG” on the right hand. There is also the name “STACIE” tattooed on the chest.
