Francine Frost went missing from the Tulsa area on February 16,1981 while grocery shopping. Later her 1980 Buick Skylar would be found in a Skaggs Alpha Beta parking lot. Francine’s keys were hanging out of the door lock of her car.

Her remains would later be found in Muskogee County in January 1983.
