Cathy Ann James was last seen on September 4th, 2021 at Casey’s near Blackwell, Oklahoma. Her sister reported her missing, stating she hadn’t heard from Cathy since September 4th, 2021.

Cathy was 60-years-old at the time. She is black with blonde hair and brown eyes. She is 5’4 and 195lbs. Cathy was wearing an orange shirt with a Nike emblem and black sweatpants. Cathy is # MP84853 in NaMus.

Cathy’s white Dodge Charger was discovered on September 10th, 2021 on I-35 at mile marker 179, 3 miles north of Stillwater. It was out of gas. The car was impounded on September 12th, 2021. Cathy’s purse and phone were found in her car.
