Twenty-six year old Brian Todd Roberts was shot and killed in Shawnee on September 28, 1991. He had apparently been arguing with an unknown man in the parking lot of Cowton Bar in Shawnee. As he was in his vehicle leaving, the unknown male shot into the vehicle hitting Brian in the head.
