reconstruction of Tulsa Doe 1988

The remains of an African American male were found in Tulsa on August 16th, 1988. The body was found by a resident’s dog. Additional remains were found when a creek was searched. It’s likely the man was between the ages of 50 and 80 and had only dead a few months when found.
