Physical Characteristics: 6′ 0″ tall, 130 pounds, 33 year old, Asian and Caucasian male. Richard has a shaved bald head and sometimes sports a goatee or mustache. His brown eyes stand out, and he has a tattoo on the left side of his neck, reading “Paula” with a heart. On his fingers, there is a tattoo of letters from left to right, spelling out “THUG RICH.” Additionally, Richard has a teardrop tattoo beneath his left eye.

On November 9, 2019, a local farmer in Tillman County saw Richard Hitchcock walking in a field northwest of Davidson, Oklahoma. He told the farmer he ran out of gas, and she took him to a store in Davidson and went back to the field to locate his car. She found the car three miles south and 1.5 miles west of Tipton, Oklahoma in a field. Hitchcock got a ride from the store in Davidson, Oklahoma to Grandfield, Oklahoma. He was dropped off at State Highway 54 and U.S. Highway 70 in Grandfield. He was last seen walking south into a field. He has not been seen or heard from since.
