He has 3 known tattoos, one on the left side of his chest of a zig zag man, one on his left upper arm of a rose with dagger, and one in the middle of back between his shoulder blades of an eagle with flag on it’s arm or chest.

Richard Keith Harris has been missing from Verden, Oklahoma since June 4th, 2014. According to the NaMus report, Richard came home on that day and spoke to the people living in his home. He was never seen again.

His vehicle was found about a mile away. It was in working order and had a full gas tank. He was 56-years-old at the time. Richard’s nickname was Cheyenne and had brown hair and eyes. He was 5’10 and 220lbs wearing a gray t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes. Richard has a disability of some kind and police believed he was in imminent danger at the time of his disappearance.
