Fifty-seven year old Ralph Merle Osburn was murdered at the Tiki Lounge in Tulsa on May 24, 1988. He had been struck from behind with a piece of wood. It’s believed that robbery was the motive, as his wallet was later found at a vacant Tulsa house.
