The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the person or persons who killed Phillip Porter in Delaware County more than a year ago.
January, 2012, 56 year-old Phillip was brutally murdered in his motor home in Grove, Oklahoma with his throat slashed. No weapon was found inside of his home.
The OSBI initially ruled his death a suicide but authorities later launched a homicide investigation and are now treating it as such.
