Paula Phillips

Paula Phillips was last seen at 7:00 p.m. on October 3, 1991, in the 6300 block of West 11th Place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She had mentioned going to the store before leaving her apartment that evening, but never returned. No one has heard from her since.

Her brother, 20-year-old Donald Phillips, reported her missing on October 7. When police tried to talk to him on October 10th, 1991 they couldn’t find him. Both Donald and Paula have been missing since then. Another sibling, 21-year-old Londa Phillips, disappeared from Tulsa thirteen months later, on November 22, 1992.

Paula is described as a African American female, standing at 5’0, weighing approximately 100 pounds. Paula has black hair and brown eyes. Paula was just 26 when she disappeared.

Authorities suspect a possible connection between these disappearances and drug-related activities. Authorities believe Paula may have met up with her sister Londa, instead of going to the store. They have individuals of interest in mind, but haven’t labeled anyone as a suspect or made any arrests. All three cases remain unresolved.

Little else is known about Paula’s disappearance.
