He had a scar on his forehead, a scar on the back of his right leg, and a scar on his left hand. He also had scars on his left arm, and right arm.

Several tattoos, including the name “Lopez” on his right arm, three dots on his left hand, and an angel on his left leg. He also had the name “Joseangel Perlay” tattooed on his neck, a cross on his right hand, and praying hands on his left arm.

Luis Lopez-Gomez, was 28-year-old when he went missing in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on November 28, 2013. That night, which happened to be Thanksgiving, he was involved in a police pursuit with Oklahoma Highway Patrol, which ended at Mohawk Park, where he fled on foot. Authorities believe he may have fallen into Bird Creek and he has not been seen since.

He is 5’7″–5’8″, 170–175 lbs, Latino male with brown hair, brown eyes, multiple scars, and several tattoos, including “Lopez” on his right arm and “Joseangel Perlay” on his neck.
