Additionally, he had several tattoos, including the name “Lopez” on his right arm, three dots on his left hand, and an angel on his left leg. He also had the name “Joseangel Perlay” tattooed on his neck, a cross on his right hand, and praying hands on his left arm.

Luis Lopez-Gomez was involved in a pursuit with Oklahoma Highway Patrol on 11/28/13 (Thanksgiving night). The pursuit ended in Mohawk park where Luis fled on foot. It is believed that he fell into Bird Creek. He has not been seen since.
