Forty year old Linda Sue Kozushko got out of her vehicle after a fight with her boyfriend in Tulsa on South 177th East Avenue on October 17, 1992. She began walking down the street where she was hit by a full-sized pickup truck with a camper shell. She later died of her injuries the same day.
