It was October 28th, 1990 and a 10-year-old boy was out walking to his friend’s house when he made a shocking discovery-a girl’s body.

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, under the bridge at 9200 S. Mingo Road, next to Haikey Creek, at 12:40 pm that day, the body of a young woman, Latrice Miller, was found. She was just 15.

Latrice had died as a result of a gunshot to the head. Witnesses that night saw two different vehicles near the bridge – a beige or cream mid ’70s Oldsmobile or Pontiac and a dark 78-79 Camero.

Latrice was the oldest of 3 children and she is deeply missed by her family. Latrice occasionally ran away to be with her boyfriend at the time but she always stayed in contact with her family during those times.

I found very little media presence in regards to Latrice’s murder. If you have any information on the murder of Latrice Miller please call the Tulsa Police Department at 918.596.9222.
