Physical Characteristics: Approximately 5′ 5″ – 5′ 8″ tall, approximately 115 – 120 pounds, 80 year old, Caucasian male. James has a full head of white hair and very little body hair. He may have had a white mustache. His eyes are brown, and he wore glasses. There are no signs of cataracts in his eyes, though his daughter states they are brown, while the NCIC lists them as green.James has a 3-4 inch scar on his right arm and another scar on his stomach.
