He has a scar – 1.5-2″ long, on back of left arm above his elbow, and a scar on the front of left knee, under knee cap. Ian has over 50 doodle type tattoos on the left side of his body, arm and leg.

Ian Gwen Steven Douglas was last contacted on September 28, 2018, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. At the time of his disappearance, he was a 23-year-old Caucasian/Native male, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. Ian has wavy dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and no facial hair. He has a scar approximately 1.5 to 2 inches long on the back of his left arm above the elbow and another scar on the front of his left knee, below the kneecap. Additionally, he has over 50 doodle-type tattoos on the left side of his body, including his arm and leg.

Ian was last seen wearing clothing that is unknown, but he typically wore a medium-sized T-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes in size 9.5 to 10. He usually carried a pocketknife, a lighter, and a wallet containing his Social Security card, driver’s license, cell phone, and cash. At the time of his disappearance, he was driving a silver and black 2001 Kia Sedona with an Oklahoma license plate EMV137, which has front and back bumper damage. The vehicle has not been located.
