On November 23rd, 2013, Charlie Dake Jr., his wife Melissa Dake, Glenda Harper, and Tammy Brunson were gunned down within a home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Another individual inside the home sustained minor injuries. Children present in the home at the time, remained unharmed.

Up until 2018, law enforcement officials have acknowledged having an extensive list of potential leads in the case. However, no particular individual has been named a suspect or POI. The sole survivor of the incident has cooperated with authorities to the best of his ability, but police believe his struggles with substance abuse may have impacted the information he could provide. Additionally, investigators have not discounted the possibility that the shooting may have been drug-related.
