Felix Glenn Bailey, Jr. was killed on August 8th, 2004 in Frederick, Oklahoma. No one has ever been charged in his murder.

21-year-old Felix was attending a block party in the 100 block of Grand St. in Frederick, Oklahoma for an annual high school reunion that was happening at the time when shots rang out and Felix was hit in the chest. It’s estimated 200-500 people were present at the time of the shooting. Law enforcement are not sure if the shot was targeted or random. No one else was shot. Felix, suffering from a gunshot to the chest, died around 3:30 am early that morning.

Felix Bailey, Jr. was born to Felix Glenn Bailey, Sr. and Judith Gail Spencer on September 21st, 1982 in Texas. He grew up in Lawton and attended Lawton High School.
