Eighty-five year old Ethel Isabel Kaiser was found murdered in her Oklahoma City home on May 26, 1986. Ethel was found by a neighbor around 8:30am when they were asked to check on her after relatives couldn’t get ahold of her. The neighbor found Ethel’s front door ajar. She died from complications of a broken hip that authorities believe she broke during an altercation with a robber. Ethel was the widow of Tony Kaiser, the founder of Kaiser’s Ice Cream Parlor.
