Last Seen Wearing: Red checkered shirt, gray jacket, blue jeans, red shoes, colostomy bag, and trifocal prescription glasses with brown horn-rimmed frames.

Earl Gene Cash has been missing from Fort Supply, Oklahoma since January 25th, 1990. He was 63-years-old.

Earl was last seen walking away from Western State Hospital. At the time Earl had a colostomy bag. It’s unknown why he was at the hospital. He’s never been seen again.

Earl had graying hair and blue eyes. He was 5’10 and 146-154lbs at the time. Earl was wearing a red checkered shirt, a gray jacket, jeans and red shoes. He wears horn-rimmed trifocal glasses. Earl is # MP74470 in Namus and there are currently zero DNA comparisons for him.
