Crystal was last seen at her residence at the Pick Wick Apartments on June 13, 1996. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Crystal Gayle Dittmeyer went missing from her Oklahoma City home on 6/13/1996. Her body has never been recovered, and her step-father was convicted of her murder in 1998, but the conviction was later overturned in 2001. He was retried in 2004, with that trial ending with a mistrial. While awaiting a third trial in 2005, her step-father admitted to Crystal’s murder, and pled out to a charge of manslaughter. He died in 2008 and never admitted to knowing where Crystal’s body was.
