Around 8:45 am on March 30th, 2014, a passerby called the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to report a person passed out in a truck on the side of a road near the intersection of Hwy 70 and Unger Road in Choctaw County, Oklahoma.

When police arrived they discovered the body of 22-year-old Angel Ramirez Huerta inside his dark blue pickup truck. It had a four-wheeler in the back. Cause of death was a gunshot to the head.

Angel was born on October 1st, 1991 in Dolores, Hidalgo, Mexico. He had 12 siblings. Angel had lived in Boswell, Oklahoma for the last 8 years of his life. He enjoyed going to the river and being with family and friends.
