On July 15th, 1989, Alice M Weathers was found in the back bedroom of her home in Oklahoma City strangled. A neighbor who had been called by a relative to check on her found that Alice’s newspapers were in the yard and her front door was ajar. Nothing was out of place and there was no sign of struggle. There was also no sign of forced entry which is surprising as Alice always kept her doors locked and she had very few visitors. Another neighbor said the last time she saw Alice was July 9th in her backyard. There was no indication of sexual assault.

Alice was 79 at the time of her murder and was married to Henry until his death.

Please call Crimestoppers at 405.235.7300 with any information on the murder of Alice M Weathers.
