Alexis Mae Johnson, a young child less than a year old, has been missing since May 31, 2013, following a tragic incident in Oklahoma City. People last saw her wearing a onesie. They described her as 19 inches tall, weighing 10 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive Mongolian spot on her buttock.

The disappearance occurred during severe weather conditions when an adult and three children sought refuge in a drainage ditch to escape a tornado. Tragically, flooding that ensued swept them away. While the other three individuals have been recovered and identified, Alexis Mae Johnson remains missing.
