The body of Alan Rehrig was found December 11, 1985 not far from the Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City. He was partially frozen and slumped between the front and back seats of his Ford Bronco and was killed by two gunshot wounds to his head and body. Alan Rehrig was from Edmond, OK, at the time of his death he was living in Dallas, TX and had just separated from his wife in early November 1985.

While there haven’t been any solid leads in this case, there’s really only ever been one suspect- Sandra Bridewell Rehrig. Plenty of disturbing details about Sandra have since come to light. Two former husbands before Alan dead- one by suicide and one by cancer; a female friend dead by an apparent suicide. Though neither she nor anyone else has ever been charged with Alan Rehrig’s murder. If you have any information about this case, you may contact Detective Mike Burke at 405-297-1127.
