Wilburn was last seen when his neighbor dropped him off at his home. His vehicle, glasses, wallet and teeth were found still inside his home. Wilburn was 58-years-old. He was 5’7-5’8 and 125-140lbs with graying hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a jumpsuit with a zipper and brown lace-up boots. Wilburn was born on September 10th, 1925 in Duncan, Oklahoma. He is listed as #MP26093 in NaMus.
