Forty-six year old Sheila Diane Sharp Scott was reported missing by her teenaged daughter after she failed to return home on February 14, 2006. She was last known to have been seen by a male companion with whom she was known to have a rather volatile relationship with. In October 2011, her vehicle would be found submerged in a Tulsa retention pond after a human foot had been found near the pond. Shelia’s remains would be found inside the vehicle.
