46-year-old Rose Bagley went missing from her Lindsay, Oklahoma home on May 23rd, 2006. Her remains would be found later the same year in Bray Pond. (*I would like to state here that Rose might have been 55-years-old, several media outlets have reported this as her age, others have reported her as being 46)

It is believed that the last person to see Rose alive is a man named Justin Foss, who continues to be a person of interest. According to Foss, he and Rose left her home on May 23rd at around 10 or 10:30 am with him driving her to a nearby pharmacy in Marlow to fill an Oxycontin prescription. Rose was in consistent pain due to a car accident years earlier which had left her with partial leg and hip paralysis and a metal rod in her back. According to Justin Foss, he dropped Rose off at a local bar and never saw her again, though according to the employees working that day at the bar, they never saw Rose Bagley.

According to a friend of Foss, he was later seen taking Oxycontin and with the same amount of money Rose was reported to have when she disappeared. Foss is also reported to have admitted to the same friend that he and Rose got into an argument, during which he shot her, and then hid her body.

To date, no one- including Justin Foss- has been charged with the murder of Rose Bagley. Law enforcement simply do not have enough evidence to charge him or anyone else.

Rose’s family deserves better, Rose deserves better. They all deserve justice and answers.
