32-year-old Ronald Sidney Shelley has been missing from Tulsa, Oklahoma since December 10th, 1981. He was last seen at a house near 47th Street and Memorial Drive. As the investigation continued, his boots and glasses were located along with some blood at the home he was last seen at. He also left his vehicle behind. Investigators believe that Ronald was murdered at that house.

Ronald was 5’10 and 175lbs. He was balding with brown hair and hazel eyes. He also had a mustache and long sideburns. He needed the glasses that were left behind to see. He had a fusion of his fifth lumbar. His mother Laverne Starr passed away without knowing what happened to her son. He was a father, a brother, and a husband. He was born on June 22nd, 1949.
