Oklahoma Cold Cases

Robert Charles Livers, Jr. has been missing since April 26th, 2008 from Vinita, Oklahoma. He walked away from the Edna Lee Residential Care Home at 10 pm. He was disoriented from having seizures the previous day.

Robert is mentally ill, has diabetes and needs medications for seizures. He is of the Cherokee Tribe. He was 54-years-old. He was 5’7 and 110 lbs with graying hair and brown eyes at the time.
