Fifty-five year old Richard Dalton Rumley was shot and killed in Tulsa on July 9, 1968. Richard had been at a party in the Liberty Towers apartments when four armed men made their way into the apartment. They shot Richard in the head, and then bound the other occupants before robbing the apartment.
