On December 17, 2010, Paula Bogle was found stabbed to death in her Tulsa home. She was sixty-five-years old when she was murdered.

Paula was found by an elderly man who had been renting a room from her, and she was found sitting in her rocking chair. Its believed that she was killed while sitting in the rocking chair; she had been stabbed multiple times.

When authorities got to the home they found that it had been ransacked and that Paula’s car was missing. Her car would be found later that day parked in the parking lot of a Tulsa Carl’s Jr., though authorities do not know who drove the car away from Paula’s home- they do have a witness statement of someone who did she the car leaving. They stated that the vehicle was being driven by a white female with shorter brown hair, and in the passenger seat there was another white female who was heavy set and had longer bleached, yellow hair that was wavy and had grey or brown roots. In 2011 authorities released a sketch done of the passenger that was seen in the vehicle, the composite of that person accompanies this post.

There hasn’t been much movement in the case, though a man named Nelson Rockwell was named a person of interest in the case in 2011, and he’s been interviewed about the murder, but he’s not been charged.

To date there has been no one charged with the murder of Paula Bogle.
