Meredith Ann Medina went missing from Midwest City on February 14th, 1989. At the time of her disappearance she was 16 years old.

Meredith was last seen at her family home in Midwest City. As of this writing she is classified as an endangered runaway, and authorities believe that she left of her own accord.

Its worth noting that Meredith’s step-mother, Nancy Medina, went missing in August of 1984. At the time Nancy went missing she was in the midst of a divorce and custody battle with Meredith’s father.

When she went missing, Meredith was described as being a Hispanic female with brown hair and eyes. She has a scar on the left side of her forehead and both of her ears are pierced. There is an age progressed composite of what Meredith might look like today accompanying this post.
