Mark Anthony Alfonso was discovered by his mother, Mary Carr, murdered inside the duplex they shared on the eastside of Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 4th, 1978. He was 19-years-old.

Cause of death was one gunshot to the head. It’s not known if a weapon was found at the scene. There are no known suspects.

Mark lived in Des Moines, Iowa before he moved to Tulsa at age 9.
