Marian (Marie) Hope Rosenbaum was sixteen years old when she was found stabbed to death in the Tulsa area on April 24, 1975.

The victim, a runaway from Tecumseh Correctional Home for girls, was dropped off by a friend at Safeway Store 300 S. Lewis around 1:30 AM on April 23, 1975. Planning to buy groceries and walk home nearby, she never returned. The Creek County Sheriff’s Office received a call the next day about a body found with multiple stab wounds near 5600 Old Sapulpa Road. Marian Hope Rosenbaum, aged sixteen, was identified as the victim. Anyone with information about this case is urged to contact the Tulsa Police Department Cold Case Unit.
