Marian (Marie) Hope Rosenbaum was sixteen years old when she was found stabbed to death in the Tulsa area on April 24, 1975.

The victim, a runaway from Tecumseh Correctional Home for girls, was dropped off by a friend at Safeway Store 300 S. Lewis around 1:30 AM on April 23, 1975. Planning to buy groceries and walk home nearby, she never returned. The Creek County Sheriff’s Office received a call the next day about a body found with multiple stab wounds near 5600 Old Sapulpa Road.
