Laura Melissa Scaggs, 22 years old, was possibly last seen at a house on North Columbia Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma December 25th, 1991. Laura was reported missing a long time after she disappeared and after a long period of no contact with her family.

She had brown hair at the time of her disappearance. She has green eyes, is nearsighted, and wears contacts. She goes by Melissa sometimes. She has a c-section scar and has previously broken her forearm.
