Christopher Michael Teel, 32, was last seen on the evening of January 2, 2017, getting into a dark four-door car in the parking lot of his aunt’s apartment in Jay, OK.

Remains found northeast of Jay in February 2023 by a man cutting wood have been conclusively identified as being those of Christopher. Investigation into his death continues and is presumed to have foul play involved.

Christopher was an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation.
