Physical Characteristics: Approximately 5′ 10″ – 5′ 11″ tall, approximately 210 – 220 pounds, 50 year old, Caucasian male. James has blonde hair, which is partially gray and has a receding hairline. He has very little body hair, which is blondish in color, and sports a moustache. His eyes are green, but they appear light steel blue to green depending on the color of his clothing. James wears a full set of dentures, with a chipped right front tooth. He also has tattoos, including a small skull with a hat on his right arm and a small “Yosemite Sam” on his chest.

James “Kirt” Peavy, 50, was seen walking away from a home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma on August 6th, 2016. His last outgoing phone calls were to his 16 year old daughter at 8:34 pm and 9:03 pm. The last phone called he received was from a blocked phone number at 9:19 pm and lasted for about 3 minutes. He was never heard from again.
James, who often went by Kirt, has light brown hair and green eyes. He is 5’10 and 210 lbs. James had been addicted to drugs previously but was clean the last 3 years before his disappearance. He had 2 uncashed payroll checks, one of which was on his person. Phone and credit cards went unused after his disappearance.
