Shronda Jeanelle Law was found murdered on July 17th, 1994, just 6 days after her 27th birthday. She was discovered by the manager of the Westernaire Motel at 1177 NE 23rd in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She had checked into room #5 on that Friday night and was found murdered on Sunday morning at 1145 am. It is believed she was strangled as her cause of death was asphyxiation.

It is unknown why Shronda was staying at the motel. Records show she was living in OKC at the time. There are only a few articles on her murder and information is scarce in her case. She graduated from Douglass High School in 1985.
