Mitzie Sharia Pace, 41, also known as Mitzie Meiley, was discovered murdered in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on March 1st, 2012. Mitzie was originally from Oak Ridge, Louisiana. It is unknown how her body made it to Sapupla.

Mitzie was well-loved. She was a special education teacher and a florist. She is remebered for her big smile that lit up every room she was in and being a sweet and kind woman. She loved her family and her dogs.

She was found by some people riding motorcycles in a field south of Hwy 33, about four miles west of Sapulpa. Law enforcement said trauma to her body was consistent with murder but no cause of death has been released. She was identified through fingerprints. It’s unknown if there are any suspects in her murder. Unfortunately, there is very little about her murder available. When she was found she was wearing a white t-shirt with a bicycle printed on it, jeans, and leather boots with fur around the top with rubber soles.
