Twenty-one year old Malek Martez Higginbotham was murdered in Oklahoma City on December 29, 2017. He had gone outside on Southeast 48th Street to move his truck only to find someone was inside his vehicle. Authorities believe that Malek spooked the would-be robbers, and they shot him as he tried to run back inside the home.
